Are There Really Super Foods? The evidence behind the claims

We hear about the health benefits of "Super Foods" from broccoli and garlic to tea and soybeans. Journals, magazines and advertisements all rave about naturally occurring substances in plant foods called phytochemicals. How much is really established?
