Healthy Eating Around the World: Lessons We Can Bring Home
Cancer risk is not evenly distributed around the world. We can look at populations from the Mediterranean, the Far East, India and more as we see how the kind of eating that research now links to lower cancer risk has been part of these cultures for generations. How can we adapt these lessons to make our eating healthier? We can use some ethnic foods to make our everyday eating more exciting. But we can also adapt the lessons learned to make our all-American meals more healthful. This program can focus on overall cancer risk, or can focus on lessons with a more specific focus on breast cancer or colon cancer.
